1. Punch In at shift start is mandatory.
2. Punch Out is required before leaving.
3. Team Leader manages daily team target performance.
4. Team Target = 50 free listings per day.
5. 50+ listings = Present.
6. 25–49 listings = Half Day.
7. Below 25 listings = Absent.
8. ₹20 incentive per approved extra team free listing.
9. Incentive applicable only after listing approval.
10. Fake or duplicate listings are not allowed.
11. Team Leader must monitor all team members daily.
12. Salary is calculated based on attendance + incentives + penalty.
13. Professional behavior with customers and team is mandatory.
