1. Punch In at shift start is mandatory.
2. Punch Out is required before leaving office.
3. Sales Manager is responsible for total city performance.
4. Daily city target must be achieved by all teams combined.
5. ₹20 incentive per approved extra free listing by team.
6. 1% incentive on total paid listing business.
7. ₹1,000 penalty per fake listing.
8. Fake or duplicate listing is strictly prohibited.
9. Team leaders’ performance must be monitored daily.
10. Salary is calculated based on attendance + incentives + penalty.
11. Professional behavior with customers and staff is mandatory.
