Rules & Conditions
1. Punch In at the beginning of the working shift is mandatory.
2. Punch Out is required before leaving the office.
3. Daily team target must be completed on time.
4. Manager is responsible for monitoring team performance.
5. ₹20 incentive is applicable on every approved extra free listing by the team.
6. 1% incentive is applicable on total paid listing sales completed by the team.
7. ₹1,000 penalty applies for every fake or rejected listing.
8. Duplicate or fake listings are strictly prohibited.
9. Salary is calculated based on attendance, incentives, and penalties.
10. Professional behavior with customers and team members is mandatory.
